VEGGIE FOOD

The food we eat has less nutrients than before, our planet is exhausted from the dark threats that are constantly done to Her. The pesticides, the GMOs, the acid rains, the weather control and so on, the quality of what we ingest today has lost a lot of natural power.

Nevertheless, we still need to eat and we should be carefull of the type of food we are taking. Of course there is a huge difference in eating healthy food, the type that have undergo very little transformation and that we cook ourselves and the industrial food full of sugar, salt, additives and preservatives.
For those who practice regular spiritual practices such as yoga, you can probably notice the differences experienced by the body, the mind and the soul, between those two type of food when consume one or the other.

Our Gods are vegetarian, for Enki eating an animal comes only in the case of starvation where no food is available in critical situations.
Eating meat just for the pleasure seem to be a complete non sense for us Humans. But the general ambiance and lack of consciousness lead us to sad behaviour against our own nature.

When our Gods use to live among us, the consumption of meat was inexistant. This arrived when the plague of the universe took on the earth. When our memories and brain, time after time, were fully erased, and that our Goddesses and Gods were replaced by the reptilians. They then started to request animal sacrifice, for the So called God of UNCONDITIONAL love, who in fact only seek for blood.
Animal sacrifice is totally prohibited for ENKI. No Goddesses or Gods will ever accept such a disrespectful “offer”, Without mentioning Enki here. Those acts are profoundly punished, with justice requested by the animal’s soul!

Unfortunately now days and the fact that we are living in a complete mess since over 4000 years, our constitution have some how changed and we must stay vigilant when moving toward a vegetarian diet, or any change in diet. The key “moto” is “LISTEN TO YOUR BODY !”, there is a lot of information available out there but only the one that resonate with you will fully feet your diet, testing gently and slowly to assure that the switch is not to brutal for the body; allowing a smooth and well done transition. Always seek for nutritionist’s advice in case of doubt.

This article is here to show some general principles and encourage you to look at what is good for you. This is the reason why it is important to make your own research and dig into the subject, experience it and evaluate your result !

For me vegetarian diet is a beautiful synergy of colours. Taste and smells are brought to our senses and it has a huge impact on our mental health too. It also shows the necessity to combine element together in order to maximise the absorption of the nutrients of each plants.

It is also good to supplement the diet with certain vitamins to help the body metabolism, such as vitamin d3 for example, or b12.

During the transition it is also good to move step by step, prioritising eggs, cheeses, yoghurts, and if this is not enough in last case fish or poultry, rather than red meat, animals are sacred they have a conscious and a soul, offering a prayer to the soul of the animal that is about to be consumed is always a huge mark of respect. But only if your body is definitely not capable to do without !

People often wonder how to supply the body with the right amount of protein when thinking with a vegetarian Diet. Here a basic concept of the relation between our metabolism and the protein :

Our body uses 20 different types of amino acids in order to to fulfil its protein needs.
The amino acids are the building blocks of protein that the body use to synthesis the different protein needed for the body.
Out of those 20 amino acids, 9 of them are considered essential. Essential because the body can not synthesis them and rely on the food supply to ensure their availability.

histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine are the 9 essential amino acids

Different type of food contain a certain amount of those Amino Acids, for example the rice contains a number of them but lack of Lysine on the other hand, lentils contains a good amount of Lysine. Thus, it is always better to combined Rice and Lentils together in order to supplement all necessary amino acids.

And this work for many other element, vitamin C help to better absorb Ion.

You can for example, make a dressing with squeezing a lemon in (vitamin c), add it to a lentils salade, - lentils are a great source of ion as well as protein -, to structure the all you can use a whole grain rice to fulfil the protein intake and the necessary amino acids.

An other interesting point is the timing for eating food, especially when it come to breakfast. It is not advised to eat sweet food as the first meal of the day, like we do in our moderne society.

This has a major influence on the energy management of the body as it fluctuates the insuline level during the day, making us tired and craving for sugar along the way. The best is to have a good amount of protein in a savoury dish.

This gives a better supply of energy throughout the day and less craving for sweet food along the day.

Some superfood are very helpful to support the vegetarian diet, here is a list of some of them :

Spirulina is a great source of iron, protein and other minerals.
A great recipe I like to take, is to have a half squeeze lemon in the morning with a tea spoon of spirulina and water, make sure to use a plastic or wooden spoon to transfer the powder, a metal spoon will damage the iron content of the spirulina and lower its cleansing effect. If you have caps just ingest it with the squeeze lemon juice and water - this gives a good morning boost of energy it helps to alkaline the body and regulate the insuline level throughout the day - it is also a great pre-workout mix that will give a great energy during your yoga session for example.

Ashwaganda ( this is a real super food ! It helps to regulate the sleeping pattern, it also boost the regenerative faculties of the the body by improving the circulatory system flow. Thus more nutrients can be transported to the organs and muscles. You can also incorporate a tea spoon of ashwaganda to the morning mix of spirulina)

There is many other ones, you can think of Maca, Ginseng, Cordyceps, Rodhiola, Chia Seeds, etc… a great website that I use in French but easily translated with a translator is mr-ginseng.com

Here are two example, but their is a lot more that could help you in your journey.

Through this article I wanted to implement the idea that, being conscious of what we consume is important and to invite you to look at things that you eat everyday, by researching their Nutrional value and benefits is a great way to build a solid knowledge.
