ODIN

Odin, as every aspect of Ea, is a complex god. Ea “plays” the role of many characters in the stories and myths we have here on earth. Unfortunately they have, for many, been profaned by the evil hands that have taken over this planet, nevertheless there are always some sparks of TRUTH jumping out for us when looking closely at all the Ea’s aspects through those tales and myths.

Lets start by diving into One of his legendary name, Odin.

On the website, norse-mythology.org we can read :

“Odin (pronounced “OH-din”; Old Norse Óðinn, Old English and Old Saxon Woden, Old High German Wuotan, Wotan, or Wodan, Proto-Germanic *Woðanaz, “Master of Ecstasy”) is one of the most complex and enigmatic characters in Norse mythology, and perhaps in all of world literature…
His Old Norse name, Óðinn, is formed from two parts: first, the noun óðr, “ecstasy, fury, inspiration,” and the suffix -inn, the masculine definite article, which, when added to the end of another word like this, means something like “the master of” or “a perfect example of.” The eleventh-century historian Adam of Bremen confirms this when he translates “Odin” as “The Furious.”

If we look closely at the world, ecstasy and it’s etymology. We can find on the website etymologyworld.com :

“A state of intense emotion or excitement that transports one beyond ordinary consciousness - a feeling of rapture or transcendence - a temporary loss of consciousness or control over one’s actions”

The world seems to originate from the ancient Greek, according to etymologyworld.com. :

“From the prefix Ek (ek) : “Out” or “Away”

And Stase (stasis) : “Standing” or “State”
Together, “ekstasis” means a “standing outside” of oneself or one’s ordinary consciousness.”

On a straightforward meaning, it links to an attribute given to Odin, whose is said to be the favorite God of the outlaws.
The outlaws here are those who, despite the percussions done by Anu and his Fellows, were taking on the journey to find the truth, to keep the sacred culture shared in the past with our Gods. They were out of the mad laws of Anu, and were fighting against his crazy desires :
Slave humanity, destroy the planet, profane the name of our Goddesses and Gods, destroy Life…

On another level, standing outside means standing out of the “basic” of life, and reach a higher state of consciousness. This elevation of consciousness was attained by coming into contact with Odin, throughout the ecstasy produced by certain sacred practices.

Odin is a truth seeker, pursuing his desire to reach wisdom and knowledge. A perseverance that is a real trait of Ea, as we saw in the introduction. This trait of character shows us the necessity to push over the limitations that we all have in ourselves. This is in order to find the treasure that life prepares for those who constantly walk forward no matter what obstacles are on the way.

A great example of this is the story of Odin holding himself, 9 days and 9 nights, held by his ankle on a branch of the tree of life Yggdrasil. He found the knowledge of the runes.
In order to attain knowledge an effort must be given. This is the price to pay to be able to reach the next shore of the river.

Only after an ordeal, and the necessary endurance required to overpass it, can the ecstasy of Life finally illuminate the soul, the spirit, the mind, and the body.
This is well presented in the story of Odin who masters the knowledge of the runic system.

It is important to understand that we are not talking about the “ecstasy” in the sense of the drugs that entirely destroy the body, the chakras, messed up the soul, our psyche, lower our frequencies, and connects us to the lower astral plan.
The Gods, and Enki first, are deeply against any consumption of recreational drugs. Of course, everyone is free to do what they want, but the Gods are also free to find no interest in those kinds of practices and those who practice them. Our entire metabolism is already well damaged and there is so much work needed to reclaim our legacy.

We are here in the sacred connection to our heritage as children of Ea. This is an ecstatic connection made through love with our father Ea whose DNA strongly vibrates in each of us, love of life, love of ourselves.

Odin shows and reminds us the sacred qualities hold by our father Ea. It is said that Ea-Odin is a great strategic warrior God. This teaches us the necessity to intelligently analyse the situations we are in, in order to become victorious over our personal quest.

He is also a great master of magic systems that he put many hours of dedication to obtain. This tells us that magic is not an easy knowledge to acquire, it needs a lot of “sacrifice” to obtain. Especially in our modern world. Those sacrifice are the time given to obtain the knowledge, the symbolic 9 days and 9 nights.

This comes again with the aspect “God of the outlaws”. That tells us the necessity to retrieve ourselves from the "mundane" if we really want to advance in the accomplishment ourselves.

Odin was also, the furious against the evil forces, the one who protected his Children and his Warriors, even if we were slowly losing our minds after unending persecution all over the world.

Glory to Ea
Glory to Life
Glory to the Goddesses and Gods from ORION.
